Wearing uniform to school is a common policy of almost every school in this world. The reason for such policy to exist in school
(aside of its function as the "identity" for the students)is probably to teach the students about discipleship.
One major problem that can be found within the use of uniform is that students won't be allowed to channel their creativity in terms of fashion. By wearing uniform, it means that they're going to wear the exact same clothes on designated days with all of their friends for the rest of the year.
To increase the students' creativity, they should be allowed to determine their own choice of clothing to wear to school. Aside of that, school can also arrange dresscode for special days for students to be able to express themselves like pajama days, meme days, etc.
